Night Home

Well, the last post I mentioned that I have yet to take any night shots yet. So tonight for practice, I decided to take the view from outside my apartment.

This is a view from my home of Singapore's famous public housing converted from colour. This photo is really nothing much as it's really just a pratice round.

looks great in black and white. That a heck of a lot of housing!!

Bob - Thanks for visiting :) Our housing estates can be interesting.

Liss - Yup! That's why I sometimes miss the wide open space of farmland in Western Australia. 1 block alone can have 72 households!

Elizabeth - Thanks :) Will plan more shots of my neighbourhood in time. It's been a little wet to go out recently.

Keri - Thanks for the comments. I had taken about 20 shots trying out different settings and angles before settling for this shot. I kinda feel that it's a little under-exposed in the buildings but I could not do much without affecting the street lights.
